Yes, ownership of a tree can be transferred or sell to the buyer at your agreed price.Pleaae provide us your notarized copy of deed of sale or transfer of rights. Make sure to provide the details like your client id, number of trees etc.
The beneficiary can claim the rights. And If there are more than one beneficiaries, the ownership of the trees can be divided according to the will of the previous owner, or if there are no will it can be divided equally.
You can contact his wife and brother as declare in contract. They have the confidential records. They are authorize to execute just present your certificate and contract.

You can earn in many ways. By waiting the tree to be matured for oud, oil, or even selling the tree, year by years the tree value increases.
After 7 years we harvest by batch, We choose best offer in the market or we export then less all expenses like harvest fee, tax and 10% Managerial fee.
You planted in our land and the land has tax and other expenses too.
You can pay maintenance charge yearly only, and the inoculant after 5years or when the tree already 25cm diameter.
We have enough team to train and manpower to manage everything.
Each tree has the number and when the tree is 25cm we will inoculate it. And harvest after 2years. Let say 100 tress process it all at once. The net profit will be divided to 100 clients.
